And so began a fascinating and complex story that culminated in the acquisition and valorization of three very important estates in Tuscany. The purchase and restoration of an historic monastery (dating from 1000) at Castelnuovo Berardenga, in the heart of the Siena Chianti Classico area, saw the creation of a prestigious agricultural and residential complex, the present-day Castello di Monastero.
