The Dog Burger
As football season gets into full swing, we thought it was time for us to
share a recipe that screams for ketchup, chips and beer—but a big red would also
work well
Ingredients:
*A cooked slice of bacon
*Two hot dogs
*1 pound
of good ground beef
*You’re favorite condiments and a good bun
Method
In a food processor pulse the cooked slice of bacon until it
turns into bits. Quarter the hot dogs, add to the bacon in the food processor
and pulse until the hot dogs are broken up well, but not mushy. Add the bacon
and hot dog mixture to your ground beef. Form patties and grill as you would a
regular burger.
Dress your burger with your favorite condiments, grab a handful of chips and
tap an icy-cold barley pop. Enjoy! (Please consume responsibly, this recipe
should only be an occasional treat.) Recipe makes 2, 3 or 4 Dog
